The whole point
There is no server. So there's nothing to leak.
Online PDF tools upload your document to their servers to process it, even the private ones. MetaScrub runs the whole engine in your browser tab, from the moment you drop a file to the moment you save the clean copy. You don't have to take that on trust:

No server
The site is static files with self-hosted fonts and no analytics. There is no backend to receive a PDF.
No account, no cookies, no tracking.

Network blocked
The page’s Content-Security-Policy sets connect-src 'none', so the browser refuses any request it tries to send.
Open DevTools → Network while you scrub.

Works offline
Once the page has loaded, disconnect. Reading, scrubbing and editing all keep working.
